TRANSCRIPT FOR VIDEO TWO: COMMON OBJECTIONS TO THE “POISON THEORY”

Those who cannot understand or accept the evidence and scientific proof that Srila Prabhupada was actually maliciously poisoned with lethal amounts of cadmium, a heavy metal worse than arsenic, at levels about 250 times above the average normal person, often raise various objections to what is called the “poison theory.” Of course, it is no longer a theory, but an established fact. Those who are honest and who look at the evidence will agree with this, while those who have compromised honesty will come up with defective objections as to why it just can’t be true. Admittedly, it is difficult to appreciate the mountain of poisoning evidence if one is, either:

(1). Influenced or dependent in some way upon ISKCON or its leaders and gurus, all who strenuously deny the poisoning, have covered it up, and prohibit even discussion on the subject. Institutional pressures condition the way its members think, and independent thinking is almost impossible in these conditions.

(2). Someone may be unable to bear the emotional pain, shock, and ramifications that Srila Prabhupada, our beloved eternal spiritual master, was actually poisoned right under our noses while we suspected nothing.

And there may be other reasons also. But the evidence speaks for itself. It is not a theory concocted by troubled ex-devotees. So let’s do a quick review of the evidence:

(1). Five top-notch audio forensic laboratories have scientifically certified low volume speech by caretakers on tape recordings made in late ‘77 to be about poisoning Srila Prabhupada.

(2). On November 9 and 10, ‘77, Srila Prabhupada and his caretakers openly discussed at length the subject of Srila Prabhupada being poisoned homicidally. The talks were about deadly poisons, rakshasa demons, case histories, mercury, murder, lawyers, restricting who cooked for Srila Prabhupada, and the following statements:

Srila Prabhupada said three times. “Someone has poisoned me.”
Bhakticharu: Oh, okay, he thinks that someone, someone gave him poison here.
Bhakticharu: He was referring to a case, a big murder case in Calcutta, the husband poisoned the wife.
Tamal: Prabhupada was thinking that someone had poisoned him?
Tamal: Srila Prabhupada, Shastriji says that there must be some truth to it if you say that. So who is it that has poisoned?

The problem is not so much that people disagree with the evidence. It is much more that they do not know what it is, and have not read the transcriptions of these 1977 conversations. If they did, there would be 98% less doubts and questions. These transcripts will be found in our upcoming report on Srila Prabhupada’s poisoning.

(3). ISKCON’s dishonest smoke and mirrors whitewash and cover up of the evidence, involving fraud, lies, deceit, trickery, and character assassination, shows that it is very afraid of the poisoning evidence. We should ask why that is…

(4). There was a very clear motive to poison Srila Prabhupada, who had been a year before his departure in quite good health. But his health unexplainedly deteriorated steadily while a parade of doctors came and went, all with different diagnoses and treatments that did were somehow ineffective. The motivated suspects are implicated in the poisoning by the evidence that points to them, especially Tamal Krishna Maharaja.

(5). There are also many credible testimonies and witnesses which add considerably to the overall evidence.

(6). In 1998 Balavanta had a sample of Srila Prabhupada’s hair tested by Dr. Morris at the MURR and it contained 20 times more arsenic than normal. This was disputed by ISKCON and since this was not a lethal amount, it left a feeling of uncertainty about its relevancy. But then, in 2002 and 2005, Dr. Morris tested three other hair samples that Hari Sauri, Srila Prabhupada’s former personal servant, had authenticated and provided for testing. However, the GBC abandoned these samples when they refused to pay for the tests by Dr. Morris. We paid for the tests and Dr. Morris found skyhigh levels of cadmium. These 3 tests prove beyond any reasonable doubt that Srila Prabhupada was maliciously poisoned by cadmium. There is no plausible manner by which these levels could have come about other than homicidal, deliberate, attempted murder. (Note – these hair samples were never in the care of Nityananda das but sent directly from Iskcon to Dr Morris)

(7). Critics claim that Srila Prabhupada had diabetes and kidney disease but no poisoning. We have found that Srila Prabhupada had diabetes, kidney disease, and skyhigh cadmium in his hair. Also historical accounts show that Srila Prabhupada had physical symptoms that are not found in diabetes or kidney disease, the ailments that ISKCON claims caused Srila Prabhupada’s departure. These mystery symptoms – such as constant mucus, conjunctivitis, photophobia, and rhinitis- are found in heavy metals poisoning, and are confirmatory evidence of poisoning.

Still, even in the face of the hard proof of poisoning, various objections are offered, such as:

(1). SRILA PRABHUPADA HAD BLOOD TESTS DONE IN LONDON, SEPTEMBER 1977, WHICH WOULD HAVE SHOWN POISONING IF IT WAS TRUE.
Incorrect. Testimonies and interviews collected by the Truth Committee have determined that there are no existing records of Srila Prabhupada blood tests, and no one knows for sure if or which blood tests might have been done. But unless a specific test for heavy metals is requested, which is not a normal procedure, the cadmium poisoning would not be detected. Normal tests for blood count and diabetes would not discover the cadmium. Heavy metals poisoning is rarely detected in homicide cases- maybe in 10% of all cases, and any blood tests that Srila Prabhupada had done, if any, were definitely not for determining heavy metals.

(2). WHY THE LONG WAIT OF 12 YEARS SINCE THE CADMIUM HAIR TESTS?
Somehow I have found myself bringing volatile issues to the forefront. Why me? I have had to live incognito or in remote places for almost two decades. I tried to avoid dealing with these cadmium findings and all the rest that I have had responsibility for with the poisoning evidence, but after 15 years, I can not sit on it anymore. I had been so disheartened by the hatred, deceit, and cover-up as a result of the ISKCON response to Someone Has Poisoned Me, but I cannot take this evidence to my grave, as I am getting close to 70. These are scientific facts that probably have great bearing on the movement and its participants. They deserve to know these facts, even if the messenger is hated. Also, although I could have probably received it much earlier if I had tried, I did not get the final hair tests report from Dr. Morris until early 2016.

(3). CARETAKERS SUCH AS ABHIRAM WHO WERE WITH SRILA PRABHUPADA IN ‘77, HAVE SAID THAT THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN SOMETHING IF THERE WAS A POISONING.
OK, but Abhiram was Srila Prabhupada’s nurse for almost 3 months, and the astronomical cadmium levels went on for at least 8 months according to the hair tests, starting months before Abhiram began his service as nurse. So he was not there when the poisoning started. Also, he surely was not on guard 24 hours a day, and was not watching all the ways in which a poisoning could have been executed. He did not even suspect such at the time and therefore was not watching specifically for this. Obviously, just because someone was there some of the time, this does not negate the poisoning which is proven by the hair tests.

(4). ONLY LOVING DISCIPLES SURROUNDED SRILA PRABHUPADA, SO HOW COULD THERE BE A POISONING?
The now proven poisoning was not carried out by a flying witch- it had to have been done from amongst those who were close to Srila Prabhupada. Even though Srila Prabhupada was certainly surrounded by loving disciples, the nature of malicious poisoning is that it is secretive and cunning, unseen to all that are present. Obviously someone’s rationale for poisoning Srila Prabhupada was stronger than whatever affection they had for him. This objection is emotional and illogical.

(5). If there is new and conclusive evidence that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned, then take it to the police and authorities, but don’t bother us.
Yes, this is ISKCON’s official position, which contradicts their own policies that prohibit going to civil authorities and instead adjudicating issues only internally. But here they say the opposite, we do not want to handle the issue of Srila Prabhupada’s poisoning internally and it should be done externally. Well, we do not have any illusions that ISKCON will deal honestly with the proof of Srila Prabhupada’s poisoning, as they have already fraudulently covered it up and are not interested in the truth. ISKCON is only concerned about protecting their guru franchises and financial operations. The truth is aimed at sincere and honest persons, not the ISKCON misleaders who have steadfastly denied all the evidence. And, this evidence IS being dealt with by legal authorities as we speak. Poisoners beware!

(6). This poison discussion will only disturb devotees, so why discuss it?
The truth is always worthy and should never be hidden. Yes, the truth of Srila Prabhupada’s disappearance pastimes may be painful and disturbing, but it is necessary to cope with the truth- otherwise we should all live in darkness and illusion? We all have to die, and we should hide from this truth so we do not become disturbed?

(7). This poison issue was already settled years ago, so why bring it up again?
ISKCON says that they investigated the poison issue and found no evidence of poisoning, which is a preposterous claim. They covered it up with a phony investigation done by the suspects themselves. The evidence will not go away because they pretend not to accept it. The evidence and facts of the matter will be presented directly to the followers of Srila Prabhupada, and we don’t care anymore what the ISKCON leadership thinks. They do not care if Srila Prabhupada was poisoned, but we do.

(8). If he was being poisoned, Srila Prabhupada would have put an end to it to protect his movement.
This is speculation- who can know the mind of the pure devotee? Certainly not us! Was the crucifixion of Christ the end of Christianity? No, but Christ’s teachings were adulterated by those who pretended to be his followers. Srila Prabhupada’s mission can only be endangered by deviations from his instructions by his followers, and he will live forever for those who do follow them.

(9). Krishna always protects his pure devotees like Prahlad and Srila Prabhupada, so there could be no poisoning.
We will impose our rules on Krishna, and He must do as we think He should? Why was Haridas Thakur flogged in 22 markets, and Christ nailed to the cross? Because Krishna did not protect them? There is much which we cannot see or understand. Maybe Srila Prabhupada departed by his own desire and not the poison. Obviously, Srila Prabhupada is always protected, even if given poison.

(10). If Srila Prabhupada was poisoned 40 years ago, so what difference does that make now?
Those who poisoned him did so to takeover the movement and sit in his seat, using the Acharya’s assets for themselves. This is the purpose of the poisoning; to remove Srila Prabhupada and then introduce unauthorized doctrines. Why else do we see child abuse, unending book changes, alienation of 95% of Srila Prabhupada’s direct disciples, demigod worship, financial unaccountability, almost 50% guru falldowns, and so on? The difference is that the movement has been corrupted by the poisoners and now sincere followers of Srila Prabhupada want to purify the mission of the poisoners and their doctrines. Another difference is that we resent that Srila Prabhupada was taken away from us prematurely.

(11). Srila Prabhupada said, “Not that I am poisoned.”
But this phrase was taken out of context. It means something else than what ISKCON proposes it means. It refers to what someone else told Srila Prabhupada. Why would Srila Prabhupada speak about being poisoned before and after he spoke this phrase? Why would Tamal ask afterwards about who had poisoned him? If we look at the actual conversations from November ‘77, it is clear the discussions were about actual, homicidal poisoning, and that fact was acknowledged by all the caretakers at that time. But today they sing another tune. This shows their dishonesty and that there is something they are hiding. The ISKCON misleaders all know Srila Prabhupada was poisoned, but they cannot admit it because they are afraid of losing their positions and finances.

(12). The discussions about poisoning was just referring to some bad medicine.
Again, if we read the conversations from late 1977, we will see that the talk of poisoning was not about bad medicine, mustard seeds, or of toxins that had built up in the body. These are cheap diversions from the truth. Srila Prabhupada clearly spoke about homicidal poisoning. Please read the conversations and see- it is very obvious. Do we have any faith in Srila Prabhupada’s words, or will we say as the GBC does, that Srila Prabhupada was simply complaining at the point of death as is culturally typical of elderly Bengali gentlemen?

(13). This poison theory is blasphemous of senior devotees and defames Srila Prabhupada’s glories.
Blasphemy is a false accusation. The truth is that senior disciples are naturally suspected of the poisoning and there is ample evidence to that effect. Dishonest cover ups and denial of the factual evidence is the real blasphemy. And as Christ was more glorified for his crucifixion, so Srila Prabhupada will not be defamed for his poisoning. These are his glorious disappearance pastimes- how he remained Krishna conscious, forgiving of his poisoners, and detached from his own physical welfare, lucidly preaching to the very end.

(14). The poison theory is just a Ritvik plot.
Well, it could just as well be a Gaudiya Math or Vrindaban babaji plot, as many of them also accept that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned. The truth is not only for those of a certain persuasion, just as the Sun shines upon all countries of the world.

(15). Srila Prabhupada was already old and very ill, so why would someone poison him when he was about to depart anyway?
This one comes from Tamal himself. However, the historical records show that Srila Prabhupada was in quite good health until July ‘76, and that his health began to decline in his last 16 months. On Feb. 26, ‘77 Srila Prabhupada suddenly became extremely ill and his health steadily declined for 9 months until his departure. Hair tests establish cadmium poisoning for at least 8 of those last 9 months, so the poisoning was over a long time, and not a one time affair in his last days. The poison whispers 3 days before departure indicate a final poisoning, but not all of it. Srila Prabhupada may have stayed with us many more years if not for the poisoning which started 9 to 16 months before his departure.

(16). Hair analysis is not a reliable science for determining the body burden of various elements.
Actually, the science of hair analysis is widely accepted as a valid and accurate method for determination of poisons and toxins in the human body. However, sometimes, due to bad practices or sloppy science, hair analysis will not be very useful, especially with small differences between exposed and unexposed persons. Srila Prabhupada, however, had about 40 times more cadmium than the average exposed person, so there is no small difference here. Dr. Morris, who did the hair tests for the Truth Committee, is a very expert, experienced, and recognized scientist in the field of hair tests done with neutron nuclear activation, and we can trust his findings millions of times more than the ISKCON denials.

(17). Maybe Srila Prabhupada accidentally ingested cadmium from Ayurvedic medicines or other non-malicious sources.
No Ayurvedic medicine uses cadmium as a component, so the only cadmium found in them will be very small amounts due to impurities that come from the ingredients. This may result in cadmium levels a few times more than normal, not the 250 times more that Srila Prabhupada had. Further, Srila Prabhupada did not regularly take any one medicine in his last year, as far as we know.

(18). The publicizing of Srila Prabhupada’s poisoning will be very damaging to the preaching.
The damage will be upon those who were the poisoners and those who harbored them, sheltered them, supported them, and became complicit with their deviant policies. How can ISKCON preaching be pure if the movement was hijacked by poisoners who obviously had a very mundane agenda?

There are some other objections to the poisoning of Srila Prabhupada, but they ignore the actual evidence that proves the poisoning beyond any reasonable doubt. The evidence and its honest analysis is contained in Kill Guru, Become Guru: Book One: The Poisoning of Srila Prabhupada’s Body, 700 pages, 100 chapters, due out in June 2017 as a free E-Book. Look for it online and please look it over to counteract the institutional falsehoods that have confused many innocent persons. The Truth Committee has determined from the body of evidence that Srila Prabhupada was indeed poisoned by his senior disciples. If someone cannot wrap their mind around the evidence that senior disciples did this, at least they should accept the evidence that there was a lethal, homicidal poisoning with heavy metals. Our apologies, but it is true…

  1. I agree.
Any intelligent jury would find Bhavananda, Tamal and Bhakti Charu guilty of murder…
Personal Ambition to be the guru is certainly poison…
